How to get off Greenmech bearings😡😡

Hi guy sorry if it has been discussed befor but couldn't find anything on search

I have a greenmech 15-23-26d 3cylinder izuzu engine 2004 bearings had some play flywheel was moving when I tried to move it back and forth and when on low Rev you could here the blades hitting the side ever so slightly so took fly wheel out and separated the belt wheel and tried everything to make it come off so I eventually put a hub puller on and low and behold I snapped the 4bolt friction Bering and it hasn't move so when my to the inside bearing where the blades go and too the sur clip off and that remains to stay put so is there anything or anyone to help me take off I need help asap as only have a couple off day to sort it out

If its just the inner remaining carefully grind it away in one spot until almost down to the shaft. Wear a face shield and give it a sharp hit with a hammer. Sledge behind as an anvil. The bearing should crack along the thin ground out portion. You could grind the other side to make it weaker. Once cracked it should just slide off

Hi thanks what about fitting new on and any idea about the Pune inside the flywheel thanks

You've got me there what's a Pune ?

Not familiar with the machine but I have changed hundreds of bearings so that was a general

hint how to remove the remaining piece of a bearing.

Apologies if too basic but are we talking about self aligning bearings. Normal method is to carefully clean the shaft with a piece of fine emery, grease the shaft and tap the inner with a softish piece of metal.

I've pulled the inners out before with a bit of a home made puller using a long bolt threaded into the inner locknut behind the bearing. This draws the bearing out - you can hear the outside of the bearing housing if needs be to open it up a bit.

Watched this a month ago as I had the same problem as you on a bearcat..

If you can weld, you can fashion your own bearing puller, I'll be making mine when I can be bothered to get back to my stuck bearing..

On the Quad'chop' we cut into the bearing taking care not to touch the axle the use a hammer and chisel to break the housing and bearing race.
