Yes I may be moaning about it but with good reason.

I'm upset that jacket is completely useless after very little use, have you seen the price of them.

However I'm much more upset by Pfanners response. Zero response!

 

Quality premium priced products need to be backed up with premium service but the producer, IMO.

I'm quite cross with Pfanner for this.

 

BTW, Max at Treekit has gone beyond normal expectations to help me with this and has actually picked up Pfanners slack, at his own cost.

Bravo Treekit!

Cracking service Al.

 

Planner surprise me. As a top line manufacturer selling top line products at definite top line prices it's reasonable to expect they would stand by their product.

 

Good job the two main competitors are a damn sight cheaper, and I know that Clark's after care is second to none.
