How have you older climbers changed your style in the last few years.

You've got to give srt working abit of time because if you've been ddrt for years all your muscle memory is gear up for that style , I've climbed ddrt since 97 then switched to srt nearly two years ago & hardly ever climb double now & when I do the rope tending gets on my nerves !! Try to climb the tree more like free climbing & when there's gaps climb the rope .. Think re-directs to gain great work positions you will see the light 🌈.

I have noticed a similar thing when occasionally climbing on a Prussik after a year of climbing on a zig zag. I get all muddled up for the first five minites
