All going good so far with no major cravings either. It really is in the mind mostly form my experience. Sometimes it seems impossible to go without, other times when you're in the right frame of mind its just easy. Staying off long term is the hard part.

Bit of advice for you all,i know its bloody hard but try and avoid the booze,even now when i go on a session ive been known to chase people about for a fag-u have been warned!!!

Day 4. No fags.Things are very very unreal and strange. Having to concentrate really hard and plan my days. Can't remember last time I was this mentally disciplined.
