reversing camera

Has anybody used one of these reversing cameras

Thinking of putting one on the pick up to help out in tight spots delivering logs

i had the use of a western power distribution landrover fitted with reversing cam and i personally think they are well worth it mate . if i had a decent truck i would get one ha ha

The last hire van i drove had one, i couldnt get used to using it. just hang my head out the door in tight spots lol. Can also imagaine them getting damaged and broken off very easily in this job.

Deano's got a reverse camera on his 4x4, It looked awesome, very good bit of kit!!

For hitching up the trailer they are invaluable, saves a lot of jumping in and out and lining up, just reverse straight back to withing 1/2 inch everytime

I agree for reversing up to a trailer although i am fortunate that if i tip the back up a bit i can see to the drawbar of whatever i am hitching to, and its very rare that i am hitching up when loaded.

I had a spare lamp brkt on rear of disco roof with power supply so fitted camera. I can lift it up and down so point it at towbar for hitching and reversing. lift it up can check straps are ok on load. worth seeing camera working before buying price does not seem to matter but some chinese ones are poor.
