If you do take legal action, as I understand it, you would then have to inform any prospective purchaser when you come to sell your house.

 

I think all such actions are recorded somewhere, so just be aware.

Taking legal action against someone for a criminal act wont make it a dispute.

 

Where do you think such things would be recorded?

 

A thousand apologies, as I said in my post these are my limited understandings, I was just trying to help.

 

I would imagine such things would be recorded at the legal institution where they were raised. I'll get my coat.:lol:
