Hi Adam, we had a white transit and 2 guys (with the dodgy accent, & not the Cornish one) up here the other day, trying to sell knives, gens and dodgy chainsaws. They seemed quite interested in the unit.

Another reason why im thinking of packing it it.

Stu,, what about timber???

yep a PCSO was telling me deudder day that dogs were getting stolen for dog fights. I spotted 2 English travellers at Radmore & Tucker last week and they were asking me to sell them generators or did i have any rope i cud give them ! 2 hours later they rang me on my mobile and asked me to do a dismantle for them (they got my number off my vehicle), i declined.

Dress a mate up as a gimp and leave him padlocked to a chair in your lock up. If someone does break in they won't stay long and won't come back.

Failing that CCTV seems good.

He would have to be one hell of a mate

Also N Devon. Been recently followed home and checked out by a small grey van reg e?57 efg and had some bizarrely smartly dressed pikies knocking on doors from a transit with tool reg mt55 something in my street. make sure your insurance is water-tight. its about all you can sensibly do. I dont think pissing off these people is a sensible course of action. They probably read these threads anyway
