Fantastic saw but mine has an earth problem so occasionally needs choking to turn off and notice yesterday I've cracked the handle. That said it has done some serious work.

Broken a couple of handles, just pulled the clutch cover bolt out of the plastic engine casing and the anti vibes are terrible , saying that it's helped my tennis elbow and is the perfect saw for reductions,hedge work, dead wooding/crown cleans and I would not be with out it for that kind of work.

That'll be where the earth attaches to the engine. Take the side case off chain side and then another plastic cover and it's m'dear there. Mines come loose a few times.

There is now a new saw strop loop for it, with extended pins to stop it poping out

I had one in that had sheared this and another bolt, had to strip it down to remove the broken bits, tap and replace them!

Who advanced the timing on your Rob?

 

I have been meaning to drop it into Spud but been a bit busy.

 

10mm hole in the muffler, retuned and it's a cracker. Must be 2 years old now and still going strong.

I got mine August 2013 of Alex on here. It was barely used but about 6 months old. Best 270 quid I have ever spent.
