Right move has a few small paddocks for that sort of money. I doubt you would get planning though. If you could they'd have an extra 0.

Found several for the right money thanks Timbernut, but it was too far from my misses work and she doesn't really want to drive any more than 45 mins a day/each way.

If you are looking to build there you will need to play the long game were in a planning battle at the moment and it's stress.

 

I'm to far in to give up but you need to think about it as it will cost a fortune to fight.
