Hi all just a quick check as I am unsure if I can carry out this small job without turning power off. Just need to reduce the branch that is currently touching the wires as you can see in the pic. Thanks

Steer clear mate, they wont be insulated, & are all but touching each other by force of the branch tip to make matters worse.

I would say yes, live and not insulated. Contact power supplier I would guess they would turn that off at no cost, as it would be in their interest, to save a call out, at a later date.
