Tw150 won't start.

Any one help with a troublesome tw 150 . Machine turns over fine and seems to be sending fuel from the second filter , none appeared to be coming out of the injectors when cranking the engine over so I've changed the relay for the fuel pump it started but only now when it feels like it, when it does start it will run fine but it's more than likely it won't start especially when warm ... Any ideas?

may be a blocked raditor ,engines over heating so wont start

That did cross my mind but it's bloody freezing and it appears not to have used any water or boiled up, can you over ride any switches if this is the case?

they tend to shut off before they get to that stage , will it restart of been sat for a while ,after its stopped

Some times when it's been sat but I think it's because it's been driven down forest that it's moved some thing that it goes again I've checked the wires to the relay and they seem fine and it's clicking with the ignition .... It has not shut itself off down at all though only when we have turned the key off it then won't start.

Not familiar with the machine but has it a fuel cut off solenoid ? If so have you checked it has power to it and does it work?

sounds like the injector pump solenoid playing up...eventually it will stop working all together. had the same problem

First click on ignition switch should open solenoid shut off valve so maybe worth checking ignition switch is sending power.

Any safety switches on engine covers etc, don't know the machine set up though.
