Is there not an after market supplier that can supply them? Plus if you uprate them loads then load the vehicle up (i thought it was already rated to 1.2 ton) you may bend the back end of the chassis, or do you have a tipper with a sub frame?

ye its got a tipper conversion.but i rekon its added about 300kg to vehicle so its on its a**e with about 600 kg in.i rekon it would bend the chassis if i went to mad with the leaf springs like you said.the only time i could over load would be with logs not chip.so i might just add another leaf and see how it goes.

any one know a cheap way of uprating the leaf springs on my ranger.had a quote for making some bit steep but might have to bite the bullet if theres no other way.

Just had my leaf springs uprated on an Iveco tipper, i went from the standard 6 leafs to 9. She now looks like a dragster but i have no problems with looking over loaded.

Cost me £300. they made them on site and was done in two hours, well worth the money in my opinion.
