Best new saws

Hi all,

 

I am looking into what saw to buy as a second ground saw? Using a 261 which has been fine so far as I have been at college. Getting busier now and need something with a bigger bar. Was tempted by 440 but am concerned that 261 may pack in and it would be too big.

 

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need a " back up " for the 261 and a bigger saw . Cant have too many saws

You are right I do need both just don't have the cash yet. Links to similar threads were useful.

A 560 will suit you better it's the best of both worlds. Use it with a 15in bar or if needed it can handle a 20in bar
