Good man Jon, when they're on their side, in a hollow or with their legs facing uphill and they can't get up, the liquids in their stomachs covers the bit that let's the gases belch up normally, so it can't escape and they get bloated, if not stood up they die! Well done to your mrs for spotting them👍

cast round these parts, interesting the variation between regains.

 

 

Round here if it was cast it had either lost it's lamb or was headin to mart as an old ewe.
