hell, didnt bother me...i got paid...tree was dead regardless of what state i left the stump in!!!!

my point which went un-noticed, is that people are quick to judge the outcome without knowing the events that lead up to it.

well said steve , i picture can tell a thousand stories sometimes it is easy to jump to a conclusion , im not saying thtas the case in this thread but just goes to show how easy it can be to get the wrong idea !!

i wish i had a picture of my last job today. 25ft conifer that had to be removed, however the customer decided she wanted the stump left about about 15ft, and lots of pegs left as she wanted to grown a climber up it when she saw me struggling with my pole saw.

i can just imagine tree surgeons seeing that without knowing the full story what they might be thinking, its the sort of thing i;d expect to see posted up here!!!

You missed a bit out. :001_tongue:

i have left totempoles all over the country, back gardens and front. some folk want to put up climbers, hammocks, tree houses, bird boxes, cat scratching posts, something for the birds to sit on or just like big bits of wood in their garden, i dont care what other tree cutters think of my work, its not a popularity contest, it is a contract between me and my customer. simples

Life's a competition mate, you are only judged on your last job.
