Heads gone on my 300tdi 215k miles what best to do fit a new head or new engine

Hi sky let all try and get I like you to im the same on here as you meet me at the APF SHOW I do like you sky mate to talk face to face BUT some time you come across not the same let all try get and put this not nice feeling at the back out the way thanks jon

NOOO . Were is the fun in that ? Its taken me a long time to understand but I do now . You guys just godda put the hours in .

Jon were like any society there's going to be ups and downs got have good times and bad who wants to live in a false utopia where people can't express there feelings. I would rather be seen as a straight talker than come across as false.
