For agri use you can have a tank of 1500L & not have a bund.

 

Domestic its 2500L

 

you are indeed correct under the 2001 OS regs, however the control of pollution and net regs (other than th e OS r) may have other duties

also in my experiance even if you are exempt the bund you still get done under pollution regs if causing or allowing a leak

 

and lets face facts we all go on about an environmentally freaindly business and industry that must surly extend on to all aspects of how we interact with our surroundings?????
