Hi Adam. I'm sure you have been asked this before. But what is your reason for always felling a tree with a high stump? I'm not criticising, just curious.

Reason for high stumps was because the customer wanted high stumps! The whole area is being cleared I'd imagine their will be a 360 digger of some sort that will rip them out! I have no idea. We where just told a couple of feet above ground level mate :)

And I don't always fell them high!!!

Ooh, I have a question too. How are you clipping your 150 up high to your harness. It looks similar to the standard T540 clip that let's you put it straight onto a Caritool.

Back of the 150 Is a small DMM snap gate which I then have a modified snap gate which like Matt I removed the gate and squashed the smaller end slightly to make a snug fit on my harness :) hope this helps? I can get some photos of you like joe?

I take it it only works if you remove the gate from the caritool?

No i have the gate on the caritool still. I just twist it against the gate whilst lifting to open it.

Edit: that how I do it, Adam has chimed in about his setup.

A photo would be cool if you get a chance dude, cheers. It's my favourite feature of the works T540. If I could have similar on my 201t I'd be well pleased.

Though I've always though chucking my topper into mid air and catching it by the strop ring to put it on my harness made me look like a real badass!

It's inspired me to bring out the 150 for a poplar dismantle tomorrow with that accurate cutting :)

It does love poplar mate. Tried shaping it the other day. Took longer to do that than the 24" on the 372 haha so fiddly. :)
