So could you go out and get a 7.5t license then buy a 6t vehicle so you could tow 2250? That ok for a post 97 licence?

 

Edit: No because you would need the +E for the C1. So next sensible step is C+E

Whilst I have found the confusing figures and letters a bit like Ancient Greek in this thread,the points of view from both sides is fascinating.

A bigger truck can put you in a different league but to misquote Skyhuck.

"A new truck doesn't come with a full diary of tree work on the dash"

 

Good stuff though.

No it doesnt but usually someone upgrades when they are busy and need it ;)

So your going to run 2 vehicles, is that 2 crews as well? Then you will be having to go vat reg won't you? IMO you would be better with one vehicle as 2 is more hassles and 2 crews is a lot more hassle.
