What are Trees doing?

Can just imagine a cheetah looking out at a vast landscape, seeing a tree and thinking "hmm, I really think this needs to be made safe before I climb this - not liking the look of that limb with the dieback up there"

what trees are doing is converting solar energy into chemical and gravitational potential energy, when a limb falls off and kills someone it was the sun that did it

Limit the width of my drive so I have to look carefully before I pull out.

The roots head straight for the drains and foundations then bore straight through them.

They give a home for those ###kin animals that **** all over my car.

They drop dead branches (some over half an inch thick) - they could kill someone.

They wave about in the wind.

They cost a fortune to maintain, all the tree surgeons round here can afford to eat!
