Ok I'll take a stab at this! :D

 

The gold paint ;) could be the reminiscence of dyers mazegill which is parasitic causing brown heart rot, normally stating from the base eventually up the stem.

 

Or!!!!! I have no idea and just fount the closet thing I could think of in the fungi app!!

 

Either way it needs felling. :)

I think despite what's going on, buckling, traffic compression in the root system, fungi, ect where talking about a pine! There's really not much you can do to it other than remove. There's obviously something going on but in my opinion and with only seeing 2 photos I'd say out it. :) sorry I can't give any scientific explanation buddy :)

Hahaha... what the hell... trying to work out if ANYONE is being serious in this thread?! I see a tree with normal 'armpits' under branch attachments and probably some yellow lichen?!!

 

 

Perhaps, but as Matheck has proven: trees WILL fall on your house and kill your children.

 

A gentleman in a flat cap told this to my mother once. It is all the client needs to know.
