just seen an advert in Farmers Guardian , 1m3 dumpy bags of soft wood £15 ea , min delivery x 25 north west area . can any one beat that ?!

Even if they are soaking, i'm guessing it would be quite profitable to buy say 100 cube and let them dry for a year. Then sell on for whatever you can get. Everyone's a winner.

There is no such thing as a 1m3 "dumpy bag. I have got 1m3 bags and they are huge. 3 times the size of a builders bag. If you fill a 1n3 bag with split logs it will take 3 people to move it!!!

 

If there are no such things as 1m3 dumpy bag, how come you got one?

 

Still good price, wet or dry.

Would be cheaper to push the stuff into a heap and set light than waste diesel time and bags loading it to transport so someone else can sell it for £80 a bag. Something smells a bit fishey
