Educating some customers how to light a fire?

I have a Grenadier Fire lighter super piece of kit well worth the money.

Grenadier Electric Fire Lighter.

They would be ideal for newbbies , to fire lighting wood burners or open fires .

Same sort of issue in our kitchen, I've never burned myself on the oven, not once. Yet she does it all the time. Can't work it out myself!
