Glucosamine Sulphate tablets here. Them and the VT have sorted my chronic tennis elbows out. Heard cod liver oil is good as well. My mam used to give us a big spoonfull of cod liver oil and malt before we left the house in the winter.

 

No joint problems back then. I was about 10, mind.

I bought 1000 capsules of Cod liver Oil back from the UK.Holland and Barratt was having a two for one offer.The locals here swear by it,they usually take it in liquid form.

I am however not that robust.

I'm sure you'd be able to choke it down if you added a little cement to each dose.....

they are bad for your guts unless you chew them up well.

The amount of fish you eat Mike you shouldn't be needing suppliments

Well as a last resort you could always crush them and use as chain oil.
