Glucosamine Sulphate tablets here. Them and the VT have sorted my chronic tennis elbows out. Heard cod liver oil is good as well. My mam used to give us a big spoonfull of cod liver oil and malt before we left the house in the winter.

 

No joint problems back then. I was about 10, mind.

I bought 1000 capsules of Cod liver Oil back from the UK.Holland and Barratt was having a two for one offer.The locals here swear by it,they usually take it in liquid form.

I am however not that robust.

 

I'm sure you'd be able to choke it down if you added a little cement to each dose.....

The amount of fish you eat Mike you shouldn't be needing suppliments :001_smile:
