My local dealer does not do repairs in their workshop! they get sent to manchester then 3 weeks later they come back! as i found out

Sounds expensive all that, after 2 years the saw is probably out of warranty? right?

New dealer time. I don't use my local dealer as his stock levels for parts (bars/chains/etc) and machine repair times are shocking, I probably haven't been in there for 18 months. I use a dealer 200 miles away for 90+% of my stuff and use rapid hire which is less than a mile from me for tiny spares (clutch springs, AV springs, plugs, etc).

With postage so cheap and diesel so expensive I can send a saw 200 miles next day delivery cheaper than I can hand deliver it 10 miles.

I have run the echo 260tes for 2 years now with no faults and the echo 360tes since release, again with no faults. Fantastic saws in my opinion and I would recommend them both to anyone. The chain brake handle on the 260 is only mounted one side so flexes a little but hasn't been an issue for me really

My tes 260 is a few years old now & still going strong, ( that is the little Echo ), the 360 is still newish, but feels a good strong saw that will last too.

I too would reccomend them to anyone, they won't let you down, like them or not.:thumbup1:
