Any tips to calm your dog when fireworks are going off? Mines panting like mad and shaking like someone on their first date with carol vorderman:thumbdown:

Bit late now, but I just took my 2 out on an extra long walk than usual. Try turning the TV up to drown out the sound

You can get stuff from the vet . but failing that just be with him/ her and comfort them .

 

She,s with me now, panting like mad, dogs in the kitchen:laugh1:, seriously though I was thinking of making a set of ear muffs for her , but their hearing is so strong I don't think that would work. Whats the stuff from the vets stubby?

Don't know what its called Steve but its a calmer of sorts .

Cheers stubby, think I,ll leave it till next year, if its from the vets it will give me time to save up. Hopefully tonight is the last night for this year.
