Who doesn't eat cold pasta?

Me if I can help it. Pasta generally makes my feel full instantly then I bloat, then fart all night long:biggrin:. But I do have Marmite occassionally.

cold pasta is not something I'd pick. Garlic bread is 4 times better warm or even hot.

I was reading recently that pasta that is cooked then cooled then heated again is actually good for you something got to do with its structure changing

You'd certainly lose weight - reheated cold pasta must taste gross.....

Picked up some pigeon peas today - black peas where I come from - remember them from fairground when I was a kid - proper stuff I hope
