Hi there,

Just wondering if it is possible for the roller motor to leak?

Not sure yet if its just a pipe that needs nipping up or if motor itself is leaking? Will have to check

Right ive had the machine stripped down for the last month or so! A guy at timberwolf says yes you can buy seal kits.

Mines an old eaton motor, motor works fine, no play, shaft seems ok so new seals should work.

All i require is x 2 seals and a brass washer/ shim and we are up and running again.

Timberwolf technical waste of time with this say can only fit new motor

Parta department today said they dont do them, cant order them either. Have to buy a new motor at 240.00 inc vat...

Thats crap if so! All for 2 seals.

Anyone else had any luck doing this?

Chris,I'm sure you've thought of this but most agricultural engineers would find this sort of thing child's play, maybe go to the place where I bought that GM. I reckon they'd sort it.
