Just wondering who haggles with suppliers and what's the biggest discount you've managed. Do customers try to haggle your prices down. I managed to get £1000 knocked off a £11000 filling machine.

I love haggling, and the banter, couple of local big suppliers now always expect it from me, and maybe they even up the price before i start, i even throw in odd ones asking if they will take higher prices than what they are asking, they love it, on average i tend to get the vat plus 10 to 20 % off but thats for cash, i always insist it goes in the Xmas fund. Larger deals are also to be had, you don't ask you don't get, time of year is also a key factor , just had a very good deal on a new chipper
