I dont mind working in the heat, the only colour shirt you`ll find me wearing though is white. It makes a massive diffrence what colour your shirt is!

to be honest i am not bothered about the weather anymore. i can do as i want anyway. years of busting a gut hail rain or shine 12-14 hrs a day, 7 days a week is paying off for me now. i have good customers and a great worker and good kit. we work hard, eat in lovely cafes everyday and i come home to a smoking hot wife and 2 beautiful children. if the wather is really crappy i get to spend the whole day with them. not blowing my own trumpet, but hard graft pays off, there is a lot of emphasis about the poor wee groundie and the big bad boss. i worked my arse off whatever the wage, but i always had a goal and a plan.

today the heat started to get ridiculous so i went and bought a camel back from the local mtb shop, holds 2 litres of water and seems pretty light, haven't tried it yet, does anyone else use them & what do they think of them, are they uncomfortable & get in the way when climbing?
