Can anyone recommend any chainsaw rated, or better still, chipper rated, ear plugs?

In this weather is nice working with a hood up, but the muffs on my helmet won't fit inside the hood of one of my waterproof jackets.

Hood up at this time of year!....I thought you were a tough Northener?

I've got some ear plugs that say they are "Atomic Bomb Proof":laugh1:in the van.

I'll have a look what they're called and post later.

Moldex Spark 7800 Ear Plugs, SNR 35 from Amazon.

Example prices:

5 pairs £3.99

20 pairs £2.88

200 pairs £18.71

Don't know if they'd do for a chipper but they're comfy, don't absorb water and you don't need to squeeze or twist them in. Just gently push them in, then about 5mins. later settle them back in and all's well for the rest of the day. Plus each pair is individually wrapped.
