Going a bit off topic, I always speak to our local tree officer before the climber gets in the tree so when some jobs worth says I should not be working on tree I can ring TO and he is forewarned. This approach has gained me the upper hand with awkward people many times.

I have a similar job coming up? I felled a few conifers and self seeded sycamores a few months ago, and a neighbour came out screaming taking pictures saying there all tpo! Which they weren't! And I'm off back to fell two large sycamores in a couple of weeks!! Let the fun commence!!!

Maybe, but my local tree officer is nothing like that, he collects saws, and once he's back off his holiday I'm working on his 090! Oh, and he's on here, as I discovered once after mocking him on here (unknowingly) to have him appear at my place of employment 2 weeks later.
