T540xp vibration mounts damaged!

If it breaks pretent you use a bungy tool strop otherwise they might refuse to fix it. When I took mine In they asked me if I used one I said yes they went on to say if I didn't use one it'll put more shock on the mount if I wasn't using one and husquvarna will refuse to fix it. Just s heads up chaps

My saw has been a complete knacker. 5 rear av springs, new software, new side plate, new chassis and now it's in for a new coil. Chassis took 2 weeks to fix the dodgy software took 4 weeks and this new coil is on its way to being 3 weeks until I get my saw back. I bought the saw in April so I've had to rely on my work mates to lend me their 200s and 201s which isn't acceptable really

Man either my saw is gold or yours is a shocker:001_huh:.. I've not had a single issue with mine, now I do clip it to my harness with the short clip and I'n not rough on my kit so guessing thats why but I cant believe how many people have broken it.
