Not sure to be honest, I usually fell my own or buy and process road or ride side was £44 + VAT but just hoiked price to £55 + as one of the big kids is waving lots of cash about and hoovering up. Hence £70 delivered now sounds reasonable whereas 2 year ago I'd a choked at the thought of paying that!

 

Wow!.....I really don't know how the lads that buy-in their timber make any money.

£70+Vat roadside does seem expensive but i bet it will go.

 

 

 

With the way standing prices are going its going to be the norm rather than the exception.

 

 

What's the goin rate for standing? I've just had £5 accepted for 'derelict' (hate that use of the word!) ash/hazel coppice (70+yrs) but we hav to do proper dead hedge round it and I'm wondering if I've done the right thing!

HI MATTY so if £70 into yard to cheap whats price you would have charge to make any money per SQMT into logs thanks all jon

 

 

Sorry I thought this was a price for already cut logs 😵

We were paying £35 a tonne for hardwood for last six arctics we brought in .... Think this ones a miss, wrong end of the country any way.

 

£35 road/ride side, if so how much to haul?
