  1. Hi all, I'd be grateful for some help - do I charge VAT on the price of the timber I sell? It's for onwards processing by the purchaser, not immediate burning. Thanks in advance, Loudbarker
  2. Interesting! Can you point me to the place I can learn more? Thanks in advance. LB
  3. Thanks to all for resposnes - is anyone interested in my hornbeam at less than £70 a tonne? Or is there no logging in north-west Kent? LB
  4. Hello both, thanks for your help. silky fox, I have been told it could get £70/tonne. Post code is DA4 9BN and buyer collects. There's good access for an artic and that would need abiltiy to weigh of course. Happy to deal in smaller tonnages (but not too small!) LB
  5. Hello all - first post here so please be gentle! I have about 100 tonnes of seasoned hornbeam to sell (cut winter 2012/13). It ranges from about 3 inches to 12 inches in diameter in approx 6ft lengths. What's the best way to use this forum to sell it? Can someone point me at the best place so I can be following the rules. Thanks in advance! LB
