after reading the woodturning thread a week ago, it got me wanting to try it out. so when i was in france, i got my old mans lathe out and tried it. here are some pics of my attempts at 3 mushrooms.

 

It is the first time i have ever used a lathe, but i am pretty happy with the results.

Cheers joe, I dont try to be but I'm guessing I get it from my mum's side. During the war she was kicked out of the SS for being just a tad too spiteful............Nick, I reckon they would have been better off made as goblets.:001_smile:
