well i've been really feeling my age this year so i have decided that no alcohol shall pass my lips until i am 2 and a half stones lighter. My spondylosis is even making it difficult to scratch my arse.

last dry jan i lost a stone and a half so i reckon 2.5 will take 2-3 months.

Wife is having a dry January, which is bad for me as well, as tempers, already on the short side, can become hair trigger at the sight of me with a glass in my hand.
