Lot of woodland felling recently. 550xpg on 15 or 346xp with 13. Forced into two days with my 576xp (not autotune) with 18" on it in awkward trees on a bank. Awesome felling saw but heavy on the arms for snedding all day.

Got my eye on a 560 with 18 now, and plan on leaving the 28" bar on the 576.

If you're thinking of getting a 560, I strongly recommend fitting the standard 7 spline drum (575 26 10-04), I'm now running a 9t .325 rim and hell does it eat wood!

Im running .325 8 pin because you don't need an extra driver in the standard loops . Do you need to add one for the 9 pin ?

I "prefer" my husky 550 and 560 but as they've been in for warranty work for 6 weeks currently using 242xp and 254xp,still good saws and ideal in coppice

Yeah, it's a much bigger rim, but the speed is phenomenal! It works out at 27m/s at 13.5krpm! Better get some better trousers :o
