Its all about the individual, man or women your either going to get on with them or you wont and they will either be good at their job or not.

By christ some so called blokes on here would'nt last five minutes working alongside my wife who has worked with me for the last fifteen years. She would put plenty of blokes to shame when it comes to grafting.

When i go to the dentist she is a woman when i go to the doctors a woman so IMO arb is the same if a woman can do the job good.
