What is your single most beneficial exercise for Arb work.

i agree mattyf i have had a lad come and work with me before that was in to going down the gym all the time he was all ways tired and couldnt keep up and he ended up leaving because he couldnd do both as he loved the gym so much he got a gardening job .a few good streatches in the morning is a good idea and work harder if you want to get fitter in this job:biggrin:

I tend to warm up by alternating my large Cappuccinno between my left & right hands.

 

Although I don't actually know this punter, he's regularly in one of our Parks and rather inspires me......for a about a minute, then I tend to drift off to dream about whether it's gonna be a danish swirl or french fancy with me next cup.

kettle bells?never heard of them, i will ask the instructor. i now have an image of a big kettle like bell thingy, havent seen those inthe gym. i need to stick at the flexibilty, if i dont it will be a waste of time going for more strength in my upper, because it is my lower back and hammies that allways let me down. any pics of said kettle bells robert?
