What is your single most beneficial exercise for Arb work.

core excercises are the best. theres a couple i do but unfortunately dont know what they are called! ive been tring to find them on google. one of my favourites though, it those ab wheels. stand with the backs of your legs against a wall and straight, with your body bent over and holding the ab wheel on the floor(preferable smooth kitchen type surface), then from the position move the ab wheel and lower your body in a controlled manner till its horizontal to the floor...without actually touching the floor or resting pull straight backwards to the starting position.

 

I would guess that about 60% of the climbers here could possibly do this excercise.....i'd estimate if you took your average guy off the street that figure would probably be nearer 5-10%
