anyone tried these yet,the red and white ones on chainsawbars website,just wondering if they are any good,usually use the orange stihl ones which are pretty tough over the unpredictable Oregon ones which snap if hit wrong. :001_smile:

Just got some myself off Rob...... Used them yesterday and so far they seem good and seem to be the wedge of choice among the " west coast fallers " those orange still ones didn't last 5 mins before there was lumps out, so would say k + h are well worth the money

Got one at the Arb Show, not used it yet but had heard good things about them. Like the fact that the thick end is about the same height as some of the brittle orange ones but it's close to half the length. Goes easily in to a thigh pocket.

not keen on them as seem too soft, good amount of lift with a tripple taper but only n softwood id say try some hardheads they will last longer

 

 

I thought you liked them Steve?
