One of the things on my list of things to do if I won the lottery would be to have a centre built with two or three recording studios and a couple of dance halls etc where youths could come and practice singing, dancing and record free of charge with professional guidance instead of practicing under the railway arches or bus stations etc

its a great idea!

you wouldnt believe the amount of times me and my mates were stopped by the police for having band practices in various different band members garages!!

every damn practice cut short cos neighbours couldnt stand it for an hour or so and rather than come and talk to us about it they just called the police!
