Skyhuck,

Thank you, I really mean that too.

I'm tired now, it's Sunday and having called clients to move work I'm mentally preparing myself for going 100% back to the HB20 for some pretty large stumps I'd booked for the 4012.

IMO, a decent company would diagnose the fault and then start negotiations with the client about who covers what % of the bill, IME this shower just want your cash when your buying, then wash their hands of you once the funds have cleared

And you're basing all these assumptions on the one sided posts of one person. You've been around the forum long enough that I thought you of all people would know better by now

That's just it.

On the phone the engineers are very helpful, great guys.

Can't fault them at all, very patient and calm.

It's the managements refusal to help any further.

If it was MY company I'd offer to fix the fault for free considering the down time and losses experienced.

Ty

One sided?

One sided?

Where do you read that Mr Bullman?

I got the impression Huck based at least the second part of his post on his own experiences with the company in question.

Out of interest, why can't he say the company he is not happy with? Surley that's no different to someone suggesting say an insurance company or a Arb supplier and someone else saying they thought they were pants??

Perhaps we should all just stop discussing the pros and cons of machines and materials and totally avoid bringing up any problems so to avoid the risk of criticising suppliers and manufacturers.

Ty

I thought that was the whole point of a forum mate Ty??
