Big shot Tips

Throw cube is essential ,I like the dyna glide as it's more supple and does not resemble wire cored string like other lines.

I would take on a 14oz and 16oz bags on each end as well so you can re route the line easily through rough bark with no messing and frustration of none returning bags.

Get ready to grab the line as soon as you have fired or it will end up through the top of the tree and 3 gardens down!!

So long as your not caught hunting with it and it's below the legal ft lbs limit (which for a crossbow I'm not sure what it is) then your fine.

I have a simple version that just clips to some Prussics cord that you can slide down as required

The wichard quick release is essential IMO for anything above 25m.

If you can hold off buying a big shot, there is a very cool device coming from japan pretty soon.

Yes! That's the one that I copied.

It's not necessary to be able to pull loads of power for our small English trees but the trigger release helps immeasurably with accuracy.
