Anyone got any experience of wood pellet machines? What to look for when buying, etc?

Looked at this a bit -

 

Affordable Stuff on ebay is apparently chinese kit designed for animal feed and will knacker after a few months

 

Gave up at that point

Pelheat have been working in this field for at least the last 5 or 6 years. They know as much as most about low end and mid market machines.

I would suggest buying a proven product from them rather than chancing something from China with iffy or non existant spares back up.

Looks very close to the pelheat, even the same colour.

I've had it a couple of years, from memory, I'm thinking there might be some cross over between the 2, can't exactly remember but I recall some correspondence with pelheat now you mention it. It's all a bit hazy without going back through the emails to check! Is pelheat based in Staffordshire???

Hi guys,

 

Thought I'd just jump in. Pellheat generate leads for farm feeds systems. All the machines they sell are farm feed systems. Before that they were pushing Chinese kit onto the market.

 

I sell a very very celer pellet presses and dryers made by P system from Italy. Much smaller and more sophisticated that farm feeds. We have over 300 intallation over the world.

These are not cheap, but run unattended and don't block up and the foot print is tiny compared to farm feed systems machines.
