Ive seen the lads from the Environment Agency wearing them, But they still have to wear there Chainsaw Trousers as well because the waders do not have protection upto waist level.

we have some only protected at the bottom ours came from charterhouse richmond about 5 years ago no good for fishing bright orange

how about protective wellies with chainsaw trousers the waterproof trousers over the top, duct-taped to the wellies??? save a few quid I would think and more versatile.

The one's that we (sevsafe) were selling at a reduced price have now all gone. These were the old type which were more expensive than the newer ones because they had protection pretty much up to the top whereas the new ones just have the same protected area as the Hunter Forester Boots. Incidentally we can supply either boots or waders for the same price as the Hunter direct site - they will be on our website soon.

there was a guy selling the hunter ones on ebay a while back i think they were going for about 30-40quid a pair,

 

I just wear my chainsaw trousers in my waders if i am sawing in the water, but this is only for about 30mins at a time else they get very very hot!
