We have a big Stihl one on one of our other farms. Doesn't do anything my Nilfisk can't do and cost ten times as much. Good machine though.

My old fellas missus has got a Karcher washer, only uses it to wash her car. Noticed recently that she often as not goes down the yard and uses my Nilfisk instead. Don't know why.

I'm no expert on washers, just know this one has been good and I would buy another. Karcher do have a good name, and a price tag to go with it too.

I recently bought this one

Garden Tools - Pressure Washers - PW 1700 SPM - BLACK+DECKER Garden Tools Product Details

It cost about £140 but not a bad little thing for washing the car and patio areas, garden walls, stone steps, windows, doors, garage door, climbing kit, boots, bbq, brick work, kids, wife, mountain bike and next doors drive.

You have to be careful........ its hard to know when to stop.
