If that's a single storey building with a 45° roof I'd guess the tree at 23 metres. If you are getting paid by height go with their estimate.

50' to 60'. Think that's 15m to 20m, since you're metric. (Based on building being normal sized )

 

Clients always overestimate trees IME.

 

That would be my estimate too, especially since the tree is in front of the building.

I coupied the image and enlarged its crappy quality ... but it looks like there's more distance above the doors to the top of the wall than a typical house of that shape. If the top of the roof is actually like 7 meters high, maybe that tree is 75 feet or more. Single level homes often have barely 1/2 a meter above the door to the gutter visually looking from the street .. the kind with 8 ft. ceilings. The building below looks to have over a meter above the door. ... IF THOSE ARE DOORWAYS that is ...

The height of the building is 16m to the top of the A frame. The picture was from google earth.
