I was wondering that.

 

For the drama and because I was bored of straight felling. Beside it was no less efficient taking the same amount of time as straight felling to deal with.

It said in the report the tree was 200 year old ??

It was more like 30 years old, planted the same time as the blue and white prefab building.

your a thug ! you have an admirer at 1m 11s. i guessed you did a dismantle as opposed to a straight fell as it got ya on de telly and free advertising etc ! Ya noice kit m8 !

Mate that chipper! Would love too have a go at one of those arm fed chippers... I would agree with dismantling as looks good for the paper and to be honest once the lines are in etc it's just as easy too section fell

Tidy Job and good advertising! Shame about the old dear though - terribly mis-informed about things, that Lime was never 200 odd years old and I bet the planners would have loved to have left the tree for their own PR!

Ah the great ignorant British public, and the lying press, bless. Nice free advertising. The speeded up bit could go on your website and I liked how during her interview one of you lot went to the truck and banged about a bit. Nice touch.
